Packaging System that Facilitates Assembly and Application

At Stoneline, our primary goal is to ensure each stone is dispatched perfectly and arrives at its destination without any issues. We package each product with careful consideration of distance, dispatch type, unloading conditions, and product specifications. Stones are placed into cases and bundled according to international standards to ensure safe transportation.

Packaging Selection and Preparation

Packaging is selected based on the product specifications. For slabs, we use bundles; for larger products, we use cases; and for delicate items requiring air transport, we employ specialized sensitive packaging systems. The wood used for bundling and casing complies with international standards.

Packaging

For packaging, we place nylon sheets between each slab to prevent scratches. Each case's interior frame and base are reinforced with 2 cm thick styrofoam, and polyethylene lining is placed between the stones. The cases are covered with nylon and secured with plastic bands to keep the products firmly in place, protecting them from external impacts.

Labeling

For case labeling, we attach labels indicating the selection details of each case. Stones that have been grouped and/or numbered during the dry lay process at the factory are packaged separately. Each package includes content information, the marked layout, and photos taken during dry lay. This pre-assembly preparation at the factory simplifies the assembly process, minimizing time loss during installation and making on-site organization easier.

Loading

For container deliveries, we secure bundles and cases with wooden plates placed over them. For truck or trailer deliveries, cases are fastened together with wood and secured to the vehicle using wedges and safety straps. We also photograph the vehicle during and after loading and sealing. For export operations, containers are disinfected to ensure hygiene.
